Lead Clinical Nurse Manager Role
The role of Lead Clinical Nurse Manager is a critical position within the aged care sector, requiring exceptional leadership and clinical skills to drive high-quality patient outcomes.
As a senior nurse leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met. This involves providing clear communication to families, delivering clinical supervision to the team of Registered Nurses, and leading inter-disciplinary teams to provide relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
* Previous experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector
* Fluency in either Croatian or Italian, or come from that cultural background, highly regarded
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Full working rights in Australia
