We’re a non-traditional personal injury firm looking for a results-driven lawyer ready to take their career to the next level. What We’re Looking For: Workers Compensation and/or WID Experience: You’ve managed at least 100 personal injury matters. Strong Drafting Skills: You write clear, concise legal documents with confidence. Caseload Management: You handle a high volume of files with efficiency - no room for perfectionism, just results. Client & Advocacy Skills: Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills. Proactive Approach: You’re detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and focused on outcomes.
