As the HSW Coordinator,you willberesponsible formanaging incident triage, administering key safety systems, deliveringaccuratereporting, and deliveringcontinuous improvement to the HSW Business Partner,you'llcoordinate safety-related events and training, ensuring compliance with RACV's HSW Management System and legislative requirements.Here'sa glimpse of whatyou'llbe doing:
* Lead incident triage across RACV, ensuringtimelycategorisation, escalation, and documentation
* Support investigations for significant incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
* Act as system administrator forDoneSafe,ChemAlert, andLinkSafeplatforms
* Prepare monthly HSW reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teams
* Participate in HSW improvement projects and process reviews
* Coordinate safety events, campaigns,trainingand courses
* Assistin the development and delivery of training programmes
* Buildeffectiverelationships with internal stakeholders across RACV divisions, providingadvice and support on HSW matters to managers and employees
* Possiblebusinesstravel to Noble Park office andleisure resortsin Vic, Qld & Tas
Whatyou'llneed to be successful
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety,desirable
* Experience in incident management and safety system administration
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice
* Experience in continuous improvement projects and training coordination
* Ability to analyse data and prepare clear, actionable reports
* Proficientin MS Officeapplicationsandsafety management systems
* A collaborative and team approach with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
* Developed interpersonal,writtenand verbal communication skills
* Excellentorganisationalandattention to detailskills
* Valid driver's licence
