Overview
Senior Relationship Manager based in Traralgon, East Gippsland. You'll support a diversified commercial customer portfolio across the region, building strong relationships that help businesses grow in a sustainable way. You'll spend time out in market, getting to know business owners, understanding their goals, and shaping cashflow-based lending solutions. You'll work with product specialists and internal partners to bring the right expertise to customers when they need it most. There's opportunity to grow your presence across the local business community by acquiring new-to-bank customers and building trusted referral networks. Responsibilities
* Develop and manage commercial customer relationships across the region
* Engage with business owners to understand goals and shape cashflow-based lending solutions
* Collaborate with product specialists and internal partners to provide the right expertise
* Grow presence in the local business community by acquiring new-to-bank customers
* Build trusted referral networks and contribute to the bank's community engagement
Qualifications
* Experience managing commercial customer relationships
* Knowledge of commercial lending including cashflow lending and credit analysis
* Ability to structure lending solutions that meet customer needs
* Confidence engaging new-to-bank customers and building referral networks
* Collaborative approach and the desire to partner with specialists across the bank
