The first round will commence in late September / Early October 2025.** Excellent housekeeping staff in place with managers to strip rooms, remove rubbish and place clean linen for the housekeeping team. Sheets outsourced with managers to launder towels, bath mats, face washers and hand towels onsite. Very low maintenance pool to check daily. Very low maintenance garden – only a few pot plants to water. Keep the external areas of the property neat & tidy (dusting, de-cobwebbing and mopping). Room Service Cooked & Continental Breakfasts (to 8am only). Dinner available from the local pub, which is ordered by the motel and delivered to the motel (5:30-8pm only), with managers to deliver to rooms. Well trained motel pets negotiable (no area for outside pets). **RMS 9+ FOS. Accommodation included** – managers residence.
