What you'll do
Your work will cover the full spectrum of commercial and corporate legal support, including:
* Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements, including supply contracts, joint venture documents, loan agreements, general security agreements, and trust deeds.
* Advising on commercial transactions, acquisitions and sales of businesses, including due diligence processes.
* Preparing and negotiating documentation for property matters, including leases and associated contracts.
* Providing intellectual property advice, including trade mark searches and liaising with IP professionals.
* Supporting estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and related documents.
* Assisting with corporate governance and secretarial matters across a portfolio of companies.
* Researching and advising on complex and novel legal issues across multiple industries.

What we're looking for
* 2-5 years PQE in corporate/commercial law (law firm or in-house).
* High-level drafting and document review skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Commercial acumen and the ability to balance technical precision with practical business advice.
* A collaborative, adaptable mindset suited to working across diverse industries and issues.
* Exposure to tax law and/or financial concepts.
