Club Manager – Sista Fitness Harrisdale
Sista Fitness is seeking a confident, capable leader to take ownership of our established Harrisdale club and continue delivering the Sista Fitness Difference.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and knows how to lead teams to consistently high standards. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the club, leading your team from the front and ensuring members receive an exceptional experience, every visit.

About the Role
As Club Manager, you are fully accountable for the performance, culture and operations of the Harrisdale club.
You will lead teams across Reception, Crèche and Personal Training, ensuring the club runs smoothly, professionally and in line with Sista Fitness standards. You will be visible on the floor, work reception shifts, support your team in real time, and lead by example.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be supported with training and development while being trusted to run your club with confidence and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across Reception, Crèche and Personal Trainers.
* Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to service and behaviour standards.
* Foster a positive, welcoming and "one team" culture where staff feel supported and proud of their club.
Member Experience
* Ensure consistent delivery of the Sista Fitness service standards.
* Build strong relationships with members and create an environment where women feel comfortable, supported and motivated.
* Drive member engagement, retention and community within the club.
Operations & Performance
* Oversee day-to-day club operations, including rostering, recruitment, onboarding and training.
* Ensure the club is always presented to a high standard of cleanliness, safety and professionalism.
* Manage enquiries and member administration in line with Sista Fitness processes.
* Execute in-club promotions, events and local initiatives.
* Monitor key performance indicators and actively drive yield and performance outcomes.

* Fitness industry experience is highly regarded.
