Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive learning technology strategy that supports business objectives and learner needs.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and user-friendly learning technologies.
* Ensure accurate tracking of learning data and provide insights to inform data-driven decision-making.
* Liaise with external vendors and platform providers to manage licenses, upgrades, and support tickets.
* Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on effective use of learning technologies.
* Stay current with learning technology trends and innovations to enhance learner engagement and efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital learning technology, instructional technology, or related software development roles in a corporate environment.
* Familiarity with cloud-based systems, SCORM/xAPI content standards, and integration of HR and learning platforms.
* Strong technical knowledge of learning platforms, multimedia tools, and collaboration platforms.
* Expert level experience with software development practices and methodologies.
* Understanding of compliance, information security, and data privacy principles in a global context.
* Proactive, self-driven team player who can navigate ambiguity and execute effectively.
