The Opportunity: Quality Engineering & Testing Recruitment Consultant
This is a warm, established desk - We're looking for someone to take over this desk and make it your own. You’ll be stepping into a space with opportunity right off the bat, backed by relationships we’ve been building for years.
We are in a position to support a recruitment consultant with a few years of solid experience, right up to a highly experienced principal level consultant for this role.
Here’s where your work will come from:
* Warm introductions & roles from our current QE & Testing client base (including some of Australia’s best‑known brands).
* Your own efforts - building new relationships, opening doors, and shaping how this desk grows.

Our current QE & Testing specialist recruiter has moved into a new role at Preacta, which means you’ll have full support, introductions, and guidance while also having the freedom to truly make this desk your own.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking over and growing an established Quality Engineering & Testing desk.
* Partnering with clients across perm and contract roles.
* Leveraging existing accounts for hiring across QE & Testing.
* Winning new clients and deepening long‑term partnerships.
* Delivering an exceptional candidate experience every time.

* A recruiter with a proven track record (QE & Testing experience is great, but definitely not essential if you’ve got the drive).
* Someone who enjoys business development and building lasting relationships.
* A commercial, proactive operator who is motivated by results.
* Someone who wants to learn, grow, and be surrounded by other high performers.
