Here’s what you’ll be owning:
Role: People & Culture Advisor
Key responsibilities:
* Leading health & safety initiatives to support a safe, thriving workforce
* Managing payroll and HRIS systems with accuracy and insight
* Workforce planning to support operational growth
* Recruitment and onboarding across key areas of the business
* Employee relations and performance management
* Supporting employee development and talent retention
Must-have experience:
* 3–5 years in HR / People & Culture roles
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
* Proven ability to manage employee relations and build strong internal relationships
* Experience in employee development, performance management and retention
* Proficiency with HRIS systems for payroll, reporting and employee data
