Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and coordinate day tour schedules, ensuring smooth logistics and timely departures.
* Communicate with drivers, tour guides, and clients to ensure all tour requirements are met.
* Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and special requests to provide excellent customer service.
* Monitor tour operations in real-time, addressing any last-minute changes or challenges.
* Liaise with suppliers, attractions, and restaurants to arrange tour inclusions.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of tour performance, feedback, and reports.
* Assist in marketing efforts, including promoting tours and managing online content if required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in tour operations, transport logistics, or event coordination preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
* Knowledge of the tourism industry and local attractions is a plus.
* A valid driver's license (preferred but not essential).
