The Position:
* Manage daily café and grab-and-go operations, ensuring compliance with contract and service standards.
* Open and close the café operations efficiently.
* Oversee workload to deliver high-quality service at volume.
* Lead, support, and train front-of-house team members.
* Provide hands-on food and beverage service, including barista duties.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
The Person:
* Approved Managers Card preferable or willingness to attain
* Proven ability to lead a team
* Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
* Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment
* Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality
* Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
