We are seeking an experienced EL1 Organisational Change Manager to work within a federal government agency. In this role you will be responsible for assessing, designing and delivering change management activities to support the overall strategic objectives of the agency. This will include creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.
You will also have experience in government and digital transformation or ICT-related environments, and a relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, social science, communications, business management, business administration, or related field.
You will be able to demonstrate your experience in developing, implementing and evaluating change management requirements and building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.

This is a contract opportunity for an initial 12-month period, and can be based in either Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney. Flexible hybrid working options are available.
