We are partnering with a well-established design and construct commercial fit‑out contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Melbourne team.

Working as a part of the leadership team, you will take ownership of the full estimating and tendering process, playing a key role in securing new work and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing detailed cost plans, estimates and tender submissions
Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier pricing
Identifying value engineering opportunities
Managing multiple tenders and pricing deadlines
Supporting the project team through tender handover once work is secured
Required Experience
5+ years’ experience in estimating within commercial construction or fit‑outs
Experience pricing commercial interiors or fast‑track fit‑out projects
Strong understanding of subcontractor markets and trade pricing
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
