About the Role
We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our bustling inbound contact centre. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming voice of Silverchain, dedicated to ensuring every interaction exceeds our clients' expectations.
As the first point of contact, you will manage inbound calls from Silverchain's clients, care workers and various stakeholders, adeptly handling enquiries and ad‐hoc requests with professionalism and timeliness.
Industry experience and/or a passion for community work is highly regarded.

Qualifications
* Customer service experience (ideally within a call‐centre environment)
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Empathy, patience and a solution‐focused approach
* Resilience and a positive attitude
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong computer skills and experience with CRMs (Salesforce experience is advantageous)
* Industry experience and/or a passion for community work is highly regarded.
Benefits and Working Conditions
This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract for a full‐time opportunity on a 75‐hour a fortnight contract. Working hours are scheduled between 8:30 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday. Based in Sydney, the role offers a hybrid arrangement after 2–4 weeks of on‐site training at our NSW Bella Vista office (3 days onsite, 2 days from home). Candidates must be able to attend the office regularly.
Additional Information
Prior to commencement, all preferred candidates must complete a National Police check, Work Rights check and confirm their COVID‐19 vaccination status (recommended).
