Our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Manager. You will join a highly regarded, full-service commercial agency with a strong footprint across Perth's commercial and industrial market.
With a long-standing leadership team, modern office environment and stable, high-performing culture, this role is suited to a confident operator who can take full ownership of their portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to key clients.
The Opportunity
Managing a well-maintained commercial portfolio based in Perth. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while working closely with respected Directors.
This is not an entry-level stepping stone, it requires depth of experience, commercial judgement and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end management of a commercial
* Overseeing tenancy schedules, lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
* Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports, budgets and reconciliations
* Advising landlords on market rents, asset strategy and risk mitigation
* Managing arrears, outgoings recoveries and lease compliance
* Conducting inspections and ensuring statutory and lease obligations are met
* Handling complex negotiations and resolving escalated matters professionally
* Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members where required
About You To be considered, you will demonstrate:
* 5+ years' experience in Commercial Property Management
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial lease structures
* Proven ability to manage high-value portfolios independently
* High-level financial acumen and reporting capability
* Confidence dealing with sophisticated landlords and corporate tenants
* A proactive, solutions-focused and commercially astute mindset
* Cirrus8 experience highly desirable
* You are organised, resilient and comfortable operating in a senior capacity with minimal supervision.
