We're looking for a customer-focused and experienced Medical Receptionists to join our supportive team across our Albury clinics. This is a Permanent Full-Time position offering shifts from Monday to Friday between 7am and 10pm, as well as occasional weekends.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting patients and visitors at reception
* Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)
* Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers
Key Qualifications:
* Clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous Health Care experience.
* Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being.
* Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
