They are going from 100-200 people this year and looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them on the journey.
Oh, and they only hire athletes Yep, a team of 100 athletes which will go to 200!
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage governance and compliance from a HR perspective - ensure legal compliance is maintained.
- Manage employee grievances and other employment related issues - seeking to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee performance management and support leaders in managing their teams.
- Manage and update our HR platform to ensure compliance is tracked.
- Oversee company policies - write and implement new, update existing.
- Liaise with payroll and other teams on employment related matters.
- Continuously improve the onboarding of new employees, in coordination with the recruitment team.
- Oversee OH&S training, governance and compliance.
- Assist with employment related matters internationally.
- define the enterprise C+B strategy and coordinate with the recruitment team accordingly.
- Support the Recruitment team in defining Job Description and Salary range.
- Support the executive team in defining Salary benchmarks for the whole organization
- Provide regular reporting to demonstrate the performance of the HR department.
**Key Skills and Experiences**:
- Strong knowledge around employment legislation, ER, IR, and ability to support management with sound employment related advice.
- Good administrational experience with a focus on governance and compliance.
- Experience with OH&S - training and governance.
- Demonstrated grievance and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with policy writing and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders on all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude towards work.
- 10+ years experience in HR
- Ideally masters degree in HR or similar
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt language to various audiences.
Salary - $150k-200k + bonuses
