About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Orange Motor Group' in Orange, NSW 2800. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the repair and maintenance of our clients' vehicles. What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Listening to customer concerns and accurately diagnosing vehicle issues
* Preparing detailed repair estimates and work orders for customers
* Effectively communicating with customers throughout the repair process
* Coordinating the workflow of the service department and ensuring timely completion of repairs
* Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and service work
* Providing updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repairs
* Promoting additional services and products to enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry - preferred not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose vehicle issues and provide effective solutions
* A desire to learn software and technology to manage repair processes and customer information
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the automotive industry
