Are you an organised and detail driven professional with a passion for residential construction? We're recruiting for an experienced Scheduler to join a leading residential builder. This role will see you play a key part in delivering high quality homes while enjoying flexible work options and a supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and maintain construction schedules for single and double storey homes
* Coordinate with supervisors, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects run to plan
* Monitor progress, identify potential risks and implement schedule updates as needed
* Manage pricing and variations including final accounts, invoice queries and maintenance of the price book
* Provide clear and timely communication to internal teams and clients
* Support project delivery across all stages from pre-start through to handover
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Scheduler within residential construction (single and double storey)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in scheduling software such as Databuild
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
