Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Construction Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment in civil construction and pre-apprenticeship programs.
This role involves delivering accredited training aligned with industry standards and safety regulations, supporting learners to build confidence and competence, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for adult learners in civil construction and pre-apprenticeship skills.
* Deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learner needs and promote a positive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) OR currently enrolled and completing.
* Relevant and current civil construction experience is essential.
* Experience delivering training in adult education or vocational settings is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.
