Occupational Therapist Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in the Central West region of NSW, servicing primarily Orange and Dubbo area.
The primary objective is to help clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work. This involves conducting occupational therapy assessments, designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, and navigating multiple funding schemes.
* Conducting thorough occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs and goals.
* Designing and implementing effective intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
* Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
* Collaborating with clients, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
* A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
* Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
* Confidence working independently in the community.
