You'll take over active pipeline from founder-led sales. Run discovery. Run demos. Close deals. This isn't a "strategy" role where you make PowerPoints and delegate. You sell. Build the machine. Develop the sales process. Implement forecasting discipline. Create the playbook that lets this scale beyond you. Grow accounts. You'll get leads, and will close them with support and understanding of the USP that Blufire has in-market. You'll run QBRs, spot upsell opportunities, and build relationships across client organisations. You'll also be expected to bring in new business over time. Work with the founder. You report to the CEO. You'll shape go-to-market strategy. You'll influence product decisions based on what you're hearing in the market. What you'll need to succeed Non-negotiable: You've closed B2B deals. Quota. Pipeline. The whole thing. You can run discovery that finds the real problem, not the stated one. You handle objections without flinching. You're in Melbourne or moving there. Strongly preferred: Agency or professional services sales background. Experience taking over from founder-led sales. Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks. We'll train: Product knowledge and competitive positioning. Financial modelling and ROI conversations. Bring you up to speed on any gaps in your abilities, and help you upskill with a 12-month training plan as part of the Pointer approach.
