Your new role
* Submitting credit applications and setting up creditor accounts in EXO.
* Matching supplier invoices to delivery dockets and purchase orders.
* Receipting inventory accurately to correct locations and pricing.
* Reconciling supplier statements and preparing batch payments.
* Updating stock prices in EXO and logging supplier price changes.
* Collating and reconciling monthly credit card statements.
* Generating weekly and end-of-month reports for the Finance Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in accounts, finance management, and inventory control.
* Strong computing skills, particularly in MYOB EXO, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
* A friendly, helpful, and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
