About the role
Exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinician Social Worker to join the Paediatric Psychology and Social Worker (PPSW) team in the Northern Hub of Western NSWLHD.
The focus of this role will be to support children aged 0-12 and their families using evidence-based assessments, therapeutic interventions and case navigation to support our overarching goal, Healthier Rural People - Thriving Communities.
Care will be provided to children and families through face-to-face opportunities, virtual health platforms and outreach clinics.
