- Front of house reception; greeting internal and external stakeholders
- Answering phones promptly and all direct enquiries are handled in an efficient and qualified manner
- Act as a point of contact to greet, assist any visitors
- Document management
- Ordering office supplies
- Office/kitchen facilities upkeep
- Ad hoq administrative support
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Experience working in a front of house reception/administration support role
- Immediately available!
- Customer centric
- Problem solver with high attention to detail
- Approachable and bubbly
- Proficient across MS Suit and CRM systems
