**About The Chance**:
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and handle the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of real estate properties on behalf of the property owner.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating new tenant onboarding and lease agreements.
- Conducting comprehensive ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
- Handling lease renewal procedures and negotiations.
- Organising and conducting scheduled 'open for inspections.'
**About You**:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration and Drivers Licence
- The ability to engage in challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy.
- A strong drive for personal and professional growth, with a keen interest in advancing within the company.
