Reporting to the Managing Director of this top Australian business with operations nationally, you'll be hands-on in the management of all financial and management accounts for both the group and it's clients, decreasing the reliance on external advisors.
What you'll do: Management of all group accounts Preparation of financial statements Monthly management reports, cash-flow and forecasting Preparation of monthly accounts for clients Quarterly BAS for clients in conjunction with external Accountant Oversee outgoings and capex budgets Group and property finance Trust accounting matters What you'll bring: Ideally you'll be professionally qualified (CPA/CA or similar) but at the minimum you will have completed an accounting degree and have comprehensive, relevant experience You will enjoy working on a hands-on, self-directed basis, be systems savvy and preferably be competent with Xero Prior exposure to accounting for the commercial property sector will allow you to hit the ground running, whether this is from within a property or asset management environment or as an Accountant in professional practice Why this role?Your diligent, efficient work ethic will be be well aligned with this company which prides itself on exceptional outcomes.
