You'll provide expert claims guidance, ensure compliance, and partner closely with brokers, clients and insurers to deliver timely, effective resolutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee a portfolio of Commercial and Domestic insurance claims.Ensure all claims are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with PSC procedures.Interpret policy coverage and exercise sound judgement when advising clients.Drive strong claims outcomes by influencing response times and managing claims costs.Deliver a high‐quality client experience with proactive updates and clear collaboratively with broking teams to support retention and service excellence.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with the Insurance Code of Practice, Insurance Contracts Act and reporting by example, modelling PSC's values and contributing to a positive team culture.What You Bring to the Team Experience in a claims servicing or management role.Strong understanding of Insurance legislation and Code of Practice requirements.Experience handling Commercial claims across Motor, Property and other general insurance lines.Ability to adapt to change, solve problems creatively and drive process improvements.Proven collaboration and relationship‐building skills across brokers, insurers and clients.Why PSC Insurance Brokers?We're a major player in the Australian insurance market, recently joining forces with Aviso Broking to create a national group with over 30 offices and 500+ team members.
