About the Role
This role can be based in Brisbane with an expectation to work between Thales sites and the customer, or remotely from Sydney based at Sydney Olympic Park with an expectation to travel regularly. Your Impact:
* Lead the Charge: Take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of enterprise and government accounts in Queensland, consistently delivering on sales and revenue targets.
* Strategic Growth: Design and execute tailored sales strategies that address the unique needs of government and enterprise customers, identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.
* End-to-End Sales Leadership: Manage every stage of the sales process—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.
* Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships at the executive level, positioning us as a trusted partner in digital security.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a well-rounded sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise / government sales, with a focus on cybersecurity technology solutions. You should have experience managing major accounts within Queensland, ideally with a deep understanding of the local enterprise and government landscape.
