The Role:
We're seeking a reliable and hard-working team member to assist with general lawn and garden maintenance. This role also includes working alongside our hoarder and squalor support teams as an offsider when needed.
Duties include:
-Lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, and weeding
-General garden clean-ups and green waste removal
-Basic landscaping and outdoor property maintenance
-Travel to client sites across the Central Coast and Newcastle
-Assisting with home clear-outs, hoarder support, and squalor cleaning (as required)
-Working respectfully and non-judgmentally in challenging environments
What We're Looking For:
-Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance (preferred)
-Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
-A genuine and respectful approach when supporting vulnerable clients
-Willingness to work across a variety of job sites and duties
-Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
-Police check (or willingness to obtain)
-Flexibility with start times and tasks day-to-day
