Marine Upholstery Business is seeking exceptional Marine Upholstery Manager for the full time role based in busy Gold Coast location.

We are extending invitation to join our company to an exceptional marine upholster with minimum 10 years experience who is ready to take on a challenge of marine upholstery manager.
We are offering excellent employment package with salary starting from $45 ph, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.
About ideal candidate:
Minimum 10 years proven experience in Australia in marine industry as marine upholster, patten maker and installer
Minimum 10 years proven experience in patterning, production and installation of highest quality Strata Glass clears, fabric enclosures, biminis and hardware.
Ability to communicate with clients, design clears, biminis and fabric enclosures based on client expectations.
Manage growing team of upholsterers and communicate client expectations and designs between upholsterers and clients
Manage upholstery projects, including choice of fabrics, hardware and details of designs.
