Community Engagement Officer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for community engagement, while collaborating with the Foundation and Communications teams to support initiatives and events.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Assist in setting the strategic direction for community engagement and facilitating events
* - Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure long-term success
* - Provide event management support and deliver administrative assistance
* - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and promote community events
* - Lead key events in the absence of a President
* - Build rapport and engage with relevant staff to strengthen community involvement
Skills Required:
* - Strong written and verbal communication skills
* - Meticulous attention to detail
* - Well-developed skills in MS Office
* - Demonstrated understanding of and experience in managing social media and social networking platforms
* - Ability to work effectively within a school environment
* - Excellent time management, administration and organisational skills
* - Collaborate effectively with individuals and teams
