Role Description The Branch Manager will oversee the operations of one of our branches in the Greater Newcastle Area. This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for achieving sales and rental targets, managing branch staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and motivating a team, overseeing property valuations, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring branch profitability. As Branch Manager, you will ensure the team meets compliance standards and delivers market-leading service.
Qualifications Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staffSales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets in a property, retail, or similar client-facing environmentStrong customer service aptitude and the ability to build lasting relationships with clientsExcellent organizational and time management abilities to oversee daily branch operations effectivelyKnowledge of the property market, lettings, and sales; experience in real estate or related industry is an advantageStrong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with CRM systems and online marketing toolsProactivity, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindsetA valid driving license is required to facilitate branch activities and client visits
