Location: Ballarat Central, VIC, AU, 3350

**State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) - Administration Officer**
**Permanent Part Time - 64 hours per fortnight**

**About the Role**

Support a state-wide health subsidy progra
- m Process funding requests and eligibility check
- s Liaise with clinicians, consumers and supplier
- s Work across multiple programs within SWE
- P

**Key Responsibilities**
- e Provide administrative support across program stream
- s Enter and manage data in internal system
- s Respond to stakeholder enquiries professionall
- y Deliver high-level customer servic
- e Participate in quality improvement activitie
- s

**Skills & Experience**

Strong IT and database skills (Microsoft Office
- ) Experience in administration and customer servic
- e High-level communication and teamwork skill
- s Empathy for aged and disabled individual
- s Adaptable and proactive under pressur
- e
