First Nations Strategy Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small and dynamic team focused on embedding First Nations participation and perspectives across the organisation.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing and supporting the First Nations Strategy team, including developing work plans to deliver strategic priorities and programs of work.
* Developing, leading and implementing strategies and projects, facilitating collaboration across QSA to achieve quality outcomes.
* Preparing meeting papers for distribution to QSA's First Nations Advisory Group and supporting the Director First Nations Strategy and Queensland State Archivist in undertaking actions items.
* Developing key documentation, including strategy and engagement plans, to support the teams objectives and priorities.
* Coordinating and reporting on the collection, analysis, and reporting of key statistics and responses to requests for advice and information.
* Researching and preparing complex reports, ministerial correspondence, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence on a range of corporate issues.
* Representing QSA on committee and working groups and providing advice related to First Nations Strategy program of work.
* Building and maintaining networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
