**The Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader, the
**Logistics Coordinator** is responsible for
**planning** and
**scheduling** the movement of
**packaged products** in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.

Based in
**North Ryde, NSW** you will be working towards providing a consistent and systematic approach to delivery planning for our products across Australia and New Zealand.

**Your key duties and activities will include**:

- Ensuring the schedule of packaged products is done in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with the SLA
- Review and monitor KPIs, develop processes and procedures to improve the quality and accuracy of the schedules and improve schedule compliance
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of primary and back-up Enterprise Agreement (EA) and guaranteeing compliance within the schedule and understanding complications of a poor schedule
- Provide coverage when team members are on leave. Making sure back-up scheduling knowledge is current so that there are no complaints or disruptions to the site
- Operate as part of a working team, provide an interface between the CSC and operating sites, ensuring their requirements and needs are accommodated
- Identify potential improvement and cost reduction opportunities to enhance the profitability of the BOC business
- Work shifts as required to meet business and time zone needs

**To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes**:

- Experience within logistics and supply chain, planning or scheduling experience
- High level of computer literacy
- High analytical aptitude
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
