Our School Counselling Role
The school is an exciting, growing K-12 institution of 360 students. Located in a peaceful, semi-rural setting, we provide families with the opportunity for high-quality education that encompasses Christian values.

1. A thorough understanding of how to integrate a Christian worldview into daily life.
2. Developed organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
3. A current Working with Children Check.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing assessment, counselling and consultancy services to individual students and/or their parents, as well as assisting staff to identify and address specific student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment, counselling and consultancy services to individual students and/or their parents.
* Assist staff to identify and address social, emotional, learning and/or behavioural issues.
* Facilitate group seminars and programs for students and parents on emotional and social health concerns.
* Maintain confidential case files for all students receiving counselling services.
Essential Qualifications:
* A sound understanding of the integration of Christian principles into practice.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* A valid Working with Children Check.
