Due to exciting business growth, the CRM & Lifecycle Team is hiring a CRM Manager. This role will own B2B Lifecycle comms for the business, and develop marketing automation strategies for our key customer segments across both B2B & B2C audiences.
This position reports into the Head of CRM Lifecycle and Retention. The CRM & Lifecycle Team team is part of the wider Growth Team at Mable.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Management and ownership of B2B Lifecycle comms
- Collaboration and execution of B2C Lifecycle comms
- Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success
- Lead generation strategies
- Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns/key initiatives
- Communicate campaign performance and results
- Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Ownership of lifecycle maps & process docs
- Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans
- Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences
- Stay up-to-date with the MarTech trends and best practices
**What are we looking for?**:
- Min 3+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns
- Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred)
- Experience in B2B is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Coda, Confluence, etc. is desirable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong time management skills
