About the position:
Develop and advise the internal policy and procedures within a large government agency. This role provides the opportunity to influence best practice through a national contact centre and ensure that efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance is being met in line with organisational expectations and community standards.
Role requirements:
Assess and manage the delivery of agency training programs
Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of systems, activities, and tools within the department.
Support organisational objectives and stakeholders' initiatives to improve service delivery.
Identify and advise on resolutions to compliance and safety concerns within the NCC unit.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing relationships and objectives are maintained.
About You:
You will have excellent communication and engagement skills
You will have previous experience working within an L&D; role and utilising L&D; systems.
You will be able to demonstrate project and program management skills in a busy organisation.
You will have experience in interpreting, communicating, and actioning government policy surrounding governance, compliance, safety, and best practice.
You will be confident in surveying and collecting feedback from a wide range of stakeholder relationships.
