EAST has a rare opportunity and is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as the Relief Night Auditor / Guest Experience Team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Relief night Auditor on Saturday and/or Sunday nights and as required during the week for shift coverage.
* Accounting capability
* Ability to reconcile and manage basic daily Hotel finances including our F&B outlets at the end of the evening.
* Be able to provide a sense of security for guests and management, managing all situations that occur overnight in a professional and courteous manner. This role is the sole employee on site for most of the shift, working from 11pm until 7am.

* You have previous experience within a hotel environment.
* You have a positive attitude, and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an amazing experience.
* You have an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and the ability to multitask.
* You are a team player with a positive & enthusiastic attitude.
* You have proven ability to work under pressure and exceed guests’ expectations.
* You have the ability to work night audit shifts including weekends and additional hours as required.
