Responsibilities
1. Manage all operations in the United States, focusing on technical aspects such as site installations, maintenance, project management, troubleshooting, customer communication, inventory management, and collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers.
2. Ensure operations are conducted in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
3. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
4. Purchase materials and plan inventory.
5. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
6. Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
7. Enhance the quality of customer service.
8. Oversee business processes, administration, and financial management, including supervising and motivating the sales team.
9. Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the U.S. and globally.
11. Assess costs, competition, supply, and demand to determine selling prices.
12. Collaborate with company leadership to establish new SOPs to support rapid growth and evolution.
