Overview
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join one of Australia’s oldest and most respected Wealth Management firms. This entry-level role is suitable for a candidate with at least 2 years of office experience, ideally in wealth management, who is eager to grow within the industry. The role involves a mix of receptionist duties, general office tasks, event coordination, and administrative support for our Private Wealth Advisers. This position offers a clear career progression path to a Private Wealth Assistant, Associate Adviser, and eventually Adviser, with training and study support provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Receptionist Duties : Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Office Duties : Collect and distribute mail, maintain a tidy kitchen, and prepare coffee/tea for clients.
- Event Organisation : Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and client functions.
- Office Manager Assistance : Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks and office operations.
- Liaison Role : Communicate effectively with clients, building management, and tradespeople to ensure smooth operations.
- Wealth Management Support : Assist Advisers with administrative tasks related to wealth management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience, preferably in a wealth management or financial services environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the wealth management field.
