Position Overview
As Director of Service, you will play a pivotal role in leading the centre and delivering a high quality early learning experience. You will oversee the overall management and operation of the service, ensuring best practice across education, compliance, leadership and community engagement.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Director, or a confident Assistant Director ready to take the next step with strong mentoring and support.

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum one year experience as an Early Childhood Director
* Diploma, Bachelor or Master's in Early Childhood Education, ACECQA recognised
* Proven leadership experience within an early learning environment
* Strong understanding of child development and early education frameworks
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
* A genuine commitment to inclusive, supportive and values driven leadership
* Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
