Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading retail sales, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
You will play a key role in managing and motivating the team, driving store performance, and maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in retail sales and store management, with availability to work Saturdays being essential.

Responsibilities
Complete store managerial duties including banking, budgets and rosters
Consistently achieve sales, store and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
Action staff hiring, promotions and disciplinary procedures (where required)
Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff members
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
Manage all issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable)
Manage stocktaking and stock control for store
Manage the receipt and distribution of shipments
Maintain showroom and warehouse ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all times
Reporting and sales management
Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company WH&S standards
Implement, train, monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
Management experience in the retail sector is preferred (plumbing or interior sales advantageous)
Experience in managing and meeting KPI's
Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
Ability to build effective working relationships
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Staff and Customer management skills
Strong organisational skills
