The Opportunity:
We are seeking a casual Night Shift Aseptic Filler Operator to join the team at Campbell's Shepparton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys problem-solving, and has hands-on experience in aseptic operations.
The Accountabilities:
* Operate and monitor aseptic fillers and case packers within the Aseptic area of the Production Facility
* Complete Clean-in-Place (CIP) processes for UHT equipment and aseptic fillers
* Carry out set-ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting in line with Campbell's OH&S, Quality & Performance Standards
* Perform online quality control checks
* Conduct process area cleaning to maintain company, GMP, and HACCP compliance
* Work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet daily production targets

Just like you can't make Real Stock Chicken without our chicken stock, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an aseptic operation
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills
* Availability to work full-time hours (38 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday) plus overtime when required.
* Flexibility to work in different areas and shifts as required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Adaptability in a changing environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
* Understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles in a food manufacturing environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
