Barista Position
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced barista to join our cafe team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.
You will need:
* A friendly attitude and excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
* A genuine interest in working with food and people.
* Energy, initiative, and the ability to take direction.
* The capacity to follow established procedures and regulations.
* Ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend.
* Good physical fitness for lifting and standing.

Pay rates are based on the General Retail Industry Award. The base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are:
* Weekdays $26.55
* Saturday $33.19
* Sunday $39.83
