The Campaign Coordinator is a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and grow within the video advertising space while supporting campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. This role is well-suited for someone with an interest in analytics, creativity, and technical concepts, who enjoys working with data and collaborating with a team. The Campaign Coordinator is proactive, organised, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines. This individual is excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is developing the ability to spot small details and changes that can make a meaningful impact. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and problem-solve are key to success in this role.

About You

You are comfortable working with data and reports and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines with support from your team. You are motivated to do great work for clients and are eager to build your understanding of the AdTech landscape, particularly within video advertising. You enjoy working collaboratively with Sales and Campaign Management and are open to learning from colleagues across the global Account Management team. Through curiosity and knowledge sharing, you help support best-practice client servicing standards.

Role Responsibilities

* Assist with the set up and launch video campaigns across multiple platforms including and not limited to Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok etc.
* Provide ongoing campaign management assistance, ensuring optimal performance and delivery.
* Troubleshoot pixels/tags, creative, and 3rd party vendors to ensure proper campaign execution.
* Effectively work alongside fellow team members, 3rd party partners, and clients to launch and optimise campaigns
* Keep up to date with the evolving digital ecosystem and relevant cultural events that may have impact buying strategy on campaigns.
* Proactively find opportunities to grow the business by diving into campaign analytics and marketplace trends.

Skills & Experience

* At least 1+ years of programmatic/ biddable media buying experience; including QA, implementation, execution, campaign pacing, and reporting experience.
* Passion for the online video space including marketplace trends, 3rd party research partners, DMPs, and brand lift studies.
* Strong attention to detail and time prioritisation skills.
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Proactive in catching issues and helping to create solutions before they elevate.
* Creative and solution-oriented individual who can also be resourceful.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented.
* A collaborative individual who can work in a team and independently.
