Administration Officer – Townsville
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation
Provide support to management and operational teams
Requirements
Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
Current C Class driver's licence
Crushing Operators – Townsville & Surrounding Areas
Key Responsibilities
Operate crushing and screening equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance
Monitor plant performance and maintain production targets
Requirements
Experience in quarry or mining crushing operations
Machinery tickets/licences (Excavator, Grader, Loader, etc.)
HR or C Class driver's licence
Strong commitment to safety standards
Civil Operators (Excavator, Grader, Loader, Moxy, etc.) – Townsville & Surrounding Areas
Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy plant and equipment on civil works projects
Perform earthmoving, trenching, grading, and site preparation
Follow project plans and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
Relevant RII competencies or licences (Excavator, Grader, Loader, etc.)
Civil construction experience (essential)
Team-oriented with strong safety focus
HR or C Class driver's licence
Training Coordinator – Townsville
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training and competency programs across the business
Liaise with internal departments and external training providers
Maintain training records and compliance requirements
Deliver and oversee equipment training (Excavators, Loaders, Moxys, etc.)
Requirements
Background in training coordination or HR
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of safety and industry compliance standards
Crushing experience (advantageous, not essential)
