About the Role
As a Factory Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across the production floor. Duties may include:
* General manual labour and production support
* Loading and unloading materials
* Packing, sorting, and quality checking products
* Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
* Assisting with warehouse and dispatch tasks as required
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
* Reliable and punctual with good attendance
* Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
* Previous factory or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
* Forklift licence (advantageous but not required)
